As students engage in Qi Gong flow movements, synchronizing their thoughts with their physicality, the program emphasizes the joy of Tai Chi, offering an energizing and enjoyable exercise session. All levels are welcomed to join and explore this profound, yet gentle, martial art and take the insight of practice allows. Loose flowing clothes and flat shoes are recommended to allow for full range of movement and stability.
